Sent Out On Mission

How does God call people to global mission work? What can I expect along the way after I've heard that call? In Acts 13 God begins to send out 2 men on a global mission trip. Our God is a God of mission to reach the world for Jesus. And when we catch His heart for people, we become mission minded.
